Shopping list and ingredients
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbp Pepper
4 tbsp Paprika
120g Plain Flour
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Ground Mustard
1 tbsp dried Thyme
1 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Ground Ginger
8 Chicken Drumsticks
1 large Egg, beaten
100g dried Breadcrumbs
2 tsp Olive Oil to grease baking sheet.
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
* Halal & Kosher if meat appropriately sourced
Method
Preheat oven to 200c (180 fan), 400f, gas mark 6.
Mix all the spices together with a quarter of the flour & the dried breadcrumbs. Place on a plate.
On another plate have plain flour & on the last plate the beaten egg.
Coat the chicken drumsticks in plain flour, dip in egg & then coat with the spiced flour & place on a lightly
oiled baking sheet. Lightly spray the drumsticks with olive oil.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
