FLOOD DEFENCES DEPLOYED AHEAD OF STORM DENNIS

Bewdley, Worcestershire are the first to deploy flood defences in preparation for Storm Dennis.

Sea levels continue to rise and weather warnings for rain and wind are in place from 12:00 on Saturday until midnight on Sunday across much of the West Midlands.

The Met Office believes Storm Dennis is likely to bring strong winds and further flooding to many parts of England and Wales.
